Well it seems that she’s still got feelings for him and tbh, it seems that it wasn’t her fault that their relationship ended, considering what she said about him always choosing music over her. That’s true as he’s doing the same with Nobame. Now I’m sure the chick is no Saint either since she only came to him after he was ‘winning’ but honestly, Chiaki seems to be the one with a problem to fix here, at least when it comes to relationships.

Yep. Chiaki unconsciously fall for Nodame lmao. He cares about her. The ex was so surprised that chiaki could do something like that to other human being, not music.
